However, their computer is so slow (they just merged the services of three on-line brokerages; Ceres and two others) that I had to call the other day to place a 2,000 share order (I sold 2,000 Clarify to buy into 2,000 IDTI.) The online service was so slow that the time limit expired before their computer would acknowledge my trades, and I was 'timed out.' I complained bitterly to the telephone broker, but once on the phone, the trades were executed fast. He promised that they were in the process of 'speeding up' the computer, but we'll see. If you need to-the-second timing, you might want to consider other on-line brokers.
