And we wonder why the government is a mess. Three years of court cases about who he talked to and not one minute of discussion on what the policy is. Of course the policy is a top secret to anyone who can't write and ask for it or click on whitehouse.gov . Hidden on the internet. The Sierra Club made 17 suggestions and 16 made it into the policy. Of course the Sierras hate Bush who does what they suggest but loved Clinton wh didn't even have a policy.
