Agree with your conclusion as to significance. I have been following insider buying for almost 20 years, and especially with large companies it is a very important valuation tool. Not a timing tool, however. Sometimes just a drying up of selling is a sign.

When are they (SEC) going to make these people file instantaneously and electronically? (bitch bitch bitch)
