Hi Dwight, I'm 69 years old and still poor(er) than I should be(gg), thanks for sharing your professional insight and experience, God, how well I remember, it was 1949, I had an account with Merril Lynch, they sold me a $1000. of penny stock ina company gathering cow dung on the New Mexico border, almost lost my job, cause the broker kept calling me at work, I didnt have a phone but the boss did!!! in the end 6months later, after writing a letter to the Attorney General of New Mexico and the Governor, both of whom convinced MLynch that there was no such company in New Mexico, I got my money back!!!!My salesman ended up marrying one of the M>Lynch daughters and a few years later it became M>Lynch,P, Fenner & Smith, yep the salesman was SMITH!!! 45 years later I got, screwed by a ML VPres. into buying NEXTEL at $21....Then OLDE stuck me with NOVL at $21, in both cases I have managed to average down a bit!!! but, if you recall Ronald Reagan chose for Sec. of Treas. none other than Regan.right from the job of Chairman of MLPF&SMITH . Sure , send your complaints of fraud to the SEC....Screw them all, at least Im healthy and thats better than all the Wall Street crap...Regards, and thanks again,, Waldy
