Just an important note on this post I made. Chrysler was the former Chairman and Director, this is the current Bio for our owner and Chairman in the annual report for JPEI as I read: Mr.Heinz C. Prechter Mr. Prechter is Chairman and Founder of ASC, Inc. Mr. Prechter serves as Director of: The Budd Company Henry Ford Hospital Economic Dev. Corp. Wayne County Comerica Inc. Automotive Supplier Co-Op ( which he founded ) The Japan American Society of Greater Detroit and Windsor United Way for southeastern MI The Detroit Economic Growth Corporation The Economic Club of Detroit He also serves as a Member of the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution. He serves on the Advisory Council of Georgetown University, the Board of Directors and Trustes of the Henry Ford Comm. College sveral more... And the Board of Directors for the Michigan International Trade Coalition; the Board of Trustees for the George Bush International Library Foundation ( now that I like ) and the Deans Advisory Concil at Boston University.
