The clinic I go to will not treat a person unless they surrender a credit card and show an ID that matches, or proof of insurance. Not only that, but they run the credit card and verify the insurance before you are treated.

Why should you? Would YOU work for free?

A "clinic" is different from a county hospital.

Clinics have had to move to requiring copays up front because people, amazingly, expect to be seen and not pay their copays. And once they leave they WILL NOT PAY.

People, just like you, will take advantage of the system if allowed.

You feel no obligation to pay for health care because it is a "right". Obama told you so.
