I hope i'm wrong, but NOVL typically runs up just before earnings and then disappoints. I think earnings will be in-line with market estimates. I have been in and out of NOVL many times, but I'm in this time at 10 based only on takeover rumours. The co. is in trouble,and based on performance of late, we all should take the $15 and move on. I think the SEC filing is probably due to potential hostile, takeover rumours on that wild friday a few weeks ago.
