There used to be a Cajun cook on TV and everything started with the Trinity in buttery flavored oil. Then there were 3 other things he always added. One show he was going to cook malladocks. Malladocks???? then he showed a picture and he was cooking Mallard Ducks, except the picture was of Bluewing Teal. He must not have been a duck hunter.
