Because its business is turning around nicely and the stock is grossly undervalued relative to its peers. The stock was hit today because investors feared it paid too much for an acquisition.

This is nonsense. I bought the stock last October for 5 and change. I have no intention of selling until it approaches a more reasonable valuation...which I peg at roughly 25 a share...and which may be increased if they keep hitting their numbers.
