INTC currently does not have sufficient authorized shares to allow a 2 to 1 split. An educated guess would be next spring (around May), when annual meeting is taking place, management can ask and secure shareholders approval to do so. I really don't think anything is going to happen around end of 1996 or beginning of 1997. Ibexx
