chic... We just took different roads and met at the same location. You based you position on percentages as being excessive. I wasn't looking at the percentages part only the word "excessive". That's what the antitrust court looks at. What is excessive in your mind or mine are different. But the end result is that Micron feels they are excessive and that is the only thing that I can find in the Antitrust laws for filing in this case.
