Thanks much, Hands. Will take a look at your MIND. ROYL sure worked out well for us this morning as a swing trade. . ending up $2.86. Looking at the close, it looks like it could get a nice bump in the AM as well. But watch that volume, since the float is so tiny, it will be quite slippery should volume exceed today.
Hoping we see further dumping in PLUG tomorrow, I am anxious to buy back lower. We played this one from $16.50 to well over $100 the first go round. This time we are starting from $12 and are already nicely over $30 in one month. Not bad results after a year and a half of trading this one.
Not seeing any rockets on the horizon though. . . . like our 2 day 18 bagger TUNE/TUNEP [now LDIG]. And perhaps not even jet powered issues like our LPTHa, LPTHu and LPTHw [now LPTH] which was an 8 to 10 bagger in 4 months. But rather we are seeing slower sound performances by good companies. . . chips, biotechs, energy alternatives, fibre optics, retailers, internet infrastructure. . .have been extraordinary in recent weeks. We've seen chips and many others double in a few months and that is plenty fast, IMO.
Speaking of retailers. . . .anyone here remember one of our babies from the a few years back? Used to be called OTC:FBAR [Family Bargain Stores]. . . we were buying it between $1.50 and $2.00 when it was on the OTC Bulletin Boards. . . before it reversed to about $8. Now on the Nasdaq. . . and after an uncharacteristic dip down to $25, it is now back to $32 bucks per share, returning to continue its trend, with a PE of 32. Known as FTUS [Factory-To-You Stores], it just goes to show that there is life after tech.
OT> As for my back, thanks for asking. . . doing quite well since doctor twisted me like a pretzel. Successfully drove home [40 mi.] from County Board of Education meeting last night. . .and am feeling quite well. . . hoping to drive the big lawn tractor tomorrow. . . . . which takes sharper skills.
But you guys won't believe what happened this week! I know this all sounds too incredible to be true. I wish that I was making it all up. Youngest boy skateboarding without his pads. . . . [are we allowed to glue them on?]. . . braced his fall and snap! his arm broke. . . . right through the skin. . .ouch! And we are right back at the hospital. How many times is that this year alone? Anyway. . . . Emergency Room's Orthopedic surgeon showed up smelling like a brewery and my wife nearly performed her own brand of surgery on his bloodshot eyes. We took him to see a specialist since then and had him re-cast. . . [the boy, not the doctor]. All is well now, though we are watching carefully for signs of infection.
Again, I wish I was making this stuff up. It would be emotionally, spiritually, mentally, financially and physically easier for us all. And again, our family greatly thanks all of you for your continued prayers. Things could certainly be far worse. . . and considering all that my family has been through in the past year or so, we are really doing quite well. . . in many ways! And with all we have been through, we are surely closer than ever before. . . .not a bad place to be at all.
I wish that everyone here could be as close to their families.
Thanks again and best wishes to all. . .
