Funny you should mention that! Apple had such a product code-named "Hydra" that was cancelled I believe, by Gil Amelio last year. It was a combination, fax, phone, web-browser, pc, about the lize of a medium laser-printer.

Personally, I didn't see much of a market for it and I had no idea why Apple was going in that direction.

An interesting deviation.... I saw a listing of companies that are currently developing nanotechnology... Apple was included in the list along with Xerox and IBM. I didn't see any involvement by Intel or MSFT though. Is this another case of Apple being too far ahead of it's time?
