The same genetic coding language is used in all living things.

The specific genes in different creatures are obviously different.

Consider that the same language, English, is used in my posts and yours. The content of our posts is different though, my posts being factual and yours being barely more than gibberish.

So no, a worm wouldn't be human simply because it has a lot of genes.

And you are still avoiding the question of whether your ID learned from his earlier experiences?

No, I don't avoid any of your questions. And I answered that one. The answer is I don't know. Now, why would it matter?

And there a lot of errors in the genetic code.....you're certainly aware of all the medical problems associated with them...?

Certainly. Everytime something is copied an error can be made. That doesn't change the fact that the genetic coding language is remarkably designed to minimize the impact of coding errors.

And when was the beginning, science man???

The beginning of what? If you're asking about the beginning of life, that would be about 3.85 billion years ago, very shortly after the earth stabilized enough that life could exist and survive.
