Yep. been in GORO awhile. Will have hefty earnings/share, 1/3 of which are planned to be given out regularly as dividends. These guys have a long history of being very tight about share dilution. They have a financing coming up (around 5 million share financing), and game plan is to thereafter never again sell shares, everything in the future to be funded from cash flow. The mgmt. owns 1/3 shares. Your interest and their's are the same. Very low cost (about $100/oz.). Production by mid-2008. Will have 35 million shares. 1st year 70K ozs. 2nd year 100K ozs. thereafter 120K ozs. *gold equivalent......almost all gold and silver, small bit of base metal
