NC for coporations is a preliminary moving. They are very easy to go through house by house if the TV databases were install. MicroSoft wanna to deliver internet through webTV to every living room. That the very beginning to combine TV and computer into one. The problem is the current law is not allow to do so. However, it will be ok for this kind combination in the future. We'll see.
