I think a new thread at this point would be a bit premature and perhaps confuse investors. At the same time I am intrigued by this idea of an IPO for HyperTV. I have always felt the corporate structure of IATV to be more complex than a company this size needs, but perhaps there is a method in the madness. Really the company could be split into 3 separate businesses: eSchool, HyperTV, and ITV. Wallstreet would probably like the fact that an investor could clearly define what each company niche is. eSchool is clearly internet enhanced distance learning. ITV is interactive television for the non-techie couch potato, sort of the Chevy to HyperTV's Mercedes-Benz. Let's face it, HyperTV is the most advanced evolution of the basic IATV product, perhaps a bit ahead of its time. ITV will introduce our products to a vast audience now. As the infastructure will allow, our customers will be upsold to HyperTV. Combined, it's hard for Wallstreet to classify us. Separate, I think we would shine. Early on the split would be in name and equity only, to keep costs in check. We are to young for management bloat. But as markets developed, capital could flow more swiftly to the areas that needed it.

Yes, I like this idea alot. Let's hope some smart investment bankers are pitching this concept to IATV.
