Ron, The 11% institutional ownership figure is defined as % of shares outstanding, so you're correct in saying around 600K. The 63.9% inside ownership is also as a % of shares outstanding. I believe (but am not sure) that the institutional share comes out of the float, so with a float of 1.8 million we'd conclude that institutions own around 1/3 of the float. Does this sound right? The date of the data is "as of" Jan 31, so if I'm thinking most of the warrant activity occurred after these figures were reported. In addition, there's a reporting lag by the institutions, but I'm not sure how long they have to report transactions. If DSWLF closes below 20 I'm likely to increase my position. My portfolio is not large, so for me this would be going out on a limb. Do others have similar buying strategies? I don't understand the meandering it's doing right now. Shane
