You mean like the ETC gold mine in Areoquipa, Peru (the land of the copper mines). I will be there in a few weeks, I can not wait to see what I find. That could just be a cover story so they can give their shareholders a reverse split or reg S.

It seems interesting that A Reg S is needed to buy a tire store.

A) You pay cash to the owner, you trigger a tax event.

B) The Lenders are begging for borrowers, and money is cheap and very available.

Why do we need a reg S and reverse split? Because their plan must really suck wind if they can not get financing in todays environment from normal sources.

I wonder if the SEC gets on this if they will move us to the Vancouver Exchange, Mr. Charles seems to prefer the Vancouver.
