Only if you can explain the following question: What does wearing a black shirt in summer have to do with General Motors not getting into the soft drink business?!

I know, there is no answer since the question does not make sense! Similarly the logic used by the so called investors throwing out US tech stocks out the door not only makes no sense but also is so ridicilously funny it is unbelievable!
