Gary, learned a few things today, guessed at somemore things, have some remaining question marks, and need to do some more reading researching. Here's a few for starters: 1) Audit done. As of today, getting the required signatures for issuance.(Being done in Salt Lake City?) 2) Andicollo is for sale still. Looks like we will here something shortly on that. Looks like a Major(don't know who for sure) is going to swallow Dayton and MDIN Andicollo properities in one glup. Does not make any sense to somebody to buy one and not the other. Dayton has the plant, MDIN has the best ore. 3)Why the shell game with the shares last week? a)Because otherwise R-144 shares would have come on the market August 17-this is what the shorters were banking on b)Also so that MDIN has 100% ownership-needed for the sale-ie makes it more attractive 4)Dayton-I didn't get into the issue much as I don't like lawsuits-won't discuss what I know on that 5)Production! Look for numbers soon on that. As starting point, trying using 525 tons gold ore/hour times 1.5 grams/ton *60% recovery. I believe recovery will increase to 75% once the tailings are further processed. This is from the placer deposits. Nice size operation! 6)Sharebuy back-no revenue yet so no buy back yet. 7)Mike J. Ralphs says he knows nothing about him-he thinks his comments are speculation-didn't say they were wrong or right. 8)And my favorite-the latest report and the new deposit-I'll get into that shortly. The above comments may or may not represent reality.
