True but VLSI has not participated. For that matter, INTC has seen major gains as well while VLSI continues to sink. Again, Stein continues to demonstrate his incompetence at the helm. This translates into little confidence in the future earnings of the company and thus a lower share price.

"Just as LSI will never see 10 again, VLSI isn't likely to see 7"

For LSI to see 10 would be a 60% slide. For VLSI to see 7 would only be a 30% slide.
