With PVF and CNB with no money or little! my guess is the $32mm it took to do it was payed by suf and swg and I would think it is a 4 way split! This appears to be a multi-province land package which has developed from pipes found in ONT. I am guessing that it was released by mistake and the small players PVF/CNB will rock! You try and find this release on the net! There is something strange about to happen! Watch your bobber! Matey
