To be fair, I should add one thing:

While failure to perform on the part of the Toronto group is easy to show, in the short run, they may file suit against the company for those shares (Bravo Foxtrot Delta). Getting those 13,000,000 back should more than outweigh a frivolous suit.

What is the O/S and float right now,i.e., did everyone have those 13MM shares factored in ?
