EKSIA
Someone correct me if they see anything wrong.
I'm just going by what is in the filings, and from SSP's talk with the company. I believe he was told, 44MM out now, from the news and filing we know another 46MM go in " The first step on or about July 3, 2000 by the issuance of 46,000,000 (a majority) of the common stock to the shareholders of Sterling in exchange for approximately 15% of the equity interests of Sterling"
The second step is getting the other 85% of Sterling. So if 46MM EKSIA = 15% Sterling then 100% of Sterling is 306,667,000 + the already out 44,000,000 = 350,667,000 total outstanding.
Okay, so far so good, but the news and filing say there will be a total of approx 17,000,000 out after the reverse split.
So the way I see it from this, either the 1:30 is wrong, and it should be approx a 1:20 reverse. 350.667MM/20=17.5MM out or I'm mixed up. |
