Elmo, Take a look at 4th qtr. last year to see when they announced. Very common for 4th qtr. to take longer to put together. Also this 4th qtr. could be a good spot to dump a lot of bad things in, to start '97 with a clean slate. Still can blame Frankenberg. I still say someone should check Jon Freeman's gag to make sure he can breathe. Dwight
