Robohogs- I know you have some HK experience - do you have an opinion on Lai Sun Group / Garments or subsidy companies? LSG is a small/mid cap conglomerate with a focus in property ( as is usual with HK conglomerates) and trades at an enormous discount to stated NAV ( NAV is ~6.5HKD and the stock trades at <1.5HKD). Seems almost too good to be true. 3rd Street Avenue value fund holds a significant position in Lai Sun Garments (15%) and the family controls 44%. I am wondering if you have an opinion on this, specifically on the new Chairman Dr. Lam Kin Ngok. 3rd Ave Value's manager's apparently like the guys but they have been wrong before (just look at their recent IVG convertible disaster)
