RE: "It may not be a bad thing..." Seems as if INTC, MSFT and others are asking that SUNW give up rights to Java name and more. The ISO takes time to operate. SUNW can't respond to market in a timely, Silicon Valley way if it is bound by ISO hearings and meetings. I admit I don't understand how the ISO operates but INTC and MSFT are in the positions they are in because they can assess a situation and act fast. SUNW needs to be in a similar position. That's my biggest concern. Does anyone else see this as relevant? dmf
