hello John - don't worry about it. 100s of insiders of many cos selling (and buying) for many reasons. Pros and cons depends on the details. If someone has a subscription of edgar (I don't) and is willing to share it, plz post. I am not worried if the insiders have 2M shares, let say, and decide to unload 100K for other ventures. A lot of *insiders* are really LPs of the VCs. They like to flip their capitals just as much as the traders trading in and out of the mkt. To them, it is more like hedging the bet and not so much of having a long or short view of a co. That said, if they dump the whole 2M out in the mkt, then something may be smelly. An example of the latter is REDB back in Mar.

Ultimately, this is a good piece of info for each of us to rationally determine each investment strategy

note: personally, I ve 1/2 of my original hldg and then added 1/2 of that (1/4 of the original) for Fri. Just let people see where I stand. I may be right, wrong or clueless <VBG>
