Check out the Edgar filings and you'll notice that FMR Corp. (a/k/a Fidelity Investments) owns beneficial interest as of 3/10/99 in over 11% of outstanding SNDK stock.

And they've been picking up more each month judging by the 13G/A filings.

But I still think the stock may not level out til around 20. Its getting close to the last support level that I noted in a previous post.
