Mike... Forgot to add a comment about... In response to that ruling, the auditor interviewed WorldCom's internal and external lawyers involved in the case but didn't take the time to interview the investors' legal team that brought the suit. Worse yet, he testified that he doesn't know if he should have done so. You have to agree, Mike, that any guy paid $4.5 million is going to be very busy, or will make it appear tht he is and...well, there are only so many hours in a day. Sullivan ($20 million) was probably spending at least some of his time deciding if his new pool would be hourglass or kidney shaped. (For those of you who don't know...the hourglass won.) Chaz
