Slacker, the terms were not announced. Calling it a cross-licensing deal may provide a TXN and Nokia (one of its its bigest customers) a nice fig leaf to hide behind what could be a very lucrative agreement for the Q.

Simply because it is a cross-license agreement doesn't mean, to me, that neither gets any advantage over the other. Net royalties is the key. The announcement is mum on this issue.
