I just checked out of the library two books that give an international account of 1929 and its aftermath, though not near as many countries as your reference. The Great Slump by Goronwy Rees The World in Depression by Charles P Kindleberger The first title is o/o print per Amazon, but they can ship the other. I'll post my reaction to these soon.
