Hi...Ross, I was there too. They seemed real upbeat about both
their core business and xDSL. I also noted when they announced X2
with AOL, IBM (Advantis) etc... that the gentleman from Advantis
seemed positive on ADSL. Indeed there now seems to be some consensus that it is "when" and not "if" for xDSL.

Hopefully, Amati will be successful in leveraging their intellectual property vis a vi superior products and partnerships. If having MOT, NEC and TXN is any indication, I think they have a decent chance.

I am not however, selling my USRX yet.
