I have heard you say this, but of course it's a partisan opinion...just the other day I heard the very opposite. I've not heard anyone make that case. Who knows...point is that the TARP was a bush initiative, supported by Obama from teh sidelines. While I opposed it at the time, clearly it was a necessary expenditure and portions of what Bush advanced have been/are being returned. AFAIK, there is no accounting for the TARP expenditures under Obama. Ahnold disagrees with you... Ahnold's looking out for Ahnold.
