He's probably at a Club Med with his team planning his next moves <G>....there might be a CIA memo that would come up BUT who would get a chance to read it..?? Actually, I think we have Al Queda on the run BUT we can't seem to track them very well....We're having some serious trouble transforming our military and intelligence organizations for the 21st century...We're spending well over $400 Billion on Defense this year BUT IMO a lot of it may be spent in the wrong places...we need to mobilize for guerilla warfare globally --> we need the ability to swarm like a soccer team...A total revamp of our intelligence systems is mission critical...it will take visionary leadership, new technology, new incentives, and a real sense of urgency...A Star Wars missle defense system will NOT stop Al Queda from attacking us in an asymetrical way...It's time for some new thinking.
