They have some problems now with their server.
They are very good at replying to e-mail and they send you an e-mail if they have some problems with server.
It happened on 2-3 occasions that they had 10-20 minutes problem and I could not get any quotes. Over last two days Vancouver quotes were not available. I use them for last 3 months and other times I did not have any problems.
I do not know if they still offer 2 weeks free trial. You can check their web site.
