Whatever the reasons are as to why Valerie melted down, it is my understanding that Frank Lang has recently downsized his role in the Casierra Diamond Corp. in order to turn his full attention to restoring the equity lost in VLG. (Casierra is a syndicate comprised of LOO.V, PHG.V, Lang Mining Group, and a few other private interests. They're working on an IPO/RTO to get their Sierra Leone diamond leases into production. Lang was fixing to be the chairman of this deal, but the desire to restore VLG's stock price to it's former levels is apparently his #1 priority now.
