I do not think that we are in a bear market. The fact that a lot of firms are trimming their work force indicates that they are becoming more competitive and that they reap the benefit of modernization where computer replace men. This makes their production cheaper and they have decided to trim down. This is a benefit of kind of the stiffer cometition which forces firms to do just this. Very healthy. So I thiink that the bull market can continue after the hickup becayause of the Asian flue is over. yours Fred from Switzerland
