ET & T is a private company and changed their name to this name on 10 FEB97; earlier, their name was HPOS (www.hpos.com) for approximately 6-7 years. Betting Inc name before was Leggons (sp) and this name changed approx. the same time frame 10 FEB 97 IMHO. ET &T has owned 60% of Betting Inc. since 10 FEB 97.
