I called the company attempting to gain info on this theory but naturally no one was talking. Here it is.

How did Sentex buy or merge with Monitek? A much larger and stable company. Why would Sentex mention dropping their own products in the SEC filing? Slit your own throat?

My unprofessional theory is this was all planned. Sentex was a shell from the beginning. I cannot prove this but would like your input. I think Monitek will takeover this company and investors will see a major change in earnings.
