Hi, James...For my money, Munk will just dig a little deeper and pour a few more bars, which is all the lawyers want anyhow. Those of us with Bre-X shares won't ever see a dime of it, so I don't worry about ABX and their ability to negotiate a slap on the wrist, if they even get that.

For example:
Merrill Lynch's Charlie Clough led Orange Cty Treasure Citron down the garden path and bilked the taxpayers for over 8 Billion bucks. Merrill Lynch has coughed up $465 million in fines and re-imbursement.
How's that for an example. And Merrill doesn't even OWN a gold mine!

RE: PDG...has had a cash flow prob for a few, and build out of Las Cristinas is yet ahead...but with their name and their mgmt, getting lines o'credit is no biggie. Las Cristinas will keep PDG producing low priced gold for a very long time.

My RAV fav, frankly is the bang for the leveraged buck that NEM offers with their low to no hedge mgmt hedge strategy, and the Euro and Franco Nevada royalty plays. Can't hardly beat them w/a stick.

G/Luck in whatever direction you chose.
Be your own Gold Mining Majors Mutual Fund Manager. Own'em all!
