If I were in Flycast's shoes, Mohan, I would have done this exactly like they did. Maybe the appreciation from $25 to $34 isn't all that much and the appreciation going from $17 to $34 would have been much more impressive, _but_ the $25 pricing brought about 50% more money into the company than a $17 pricing would have. If one does think that this company has some decent longer-term potential, then I'm glad that management at Flycast has an extra $24 million (3M shares x $8) to spend growing the company.

...unless I'm missing something obvious here??
