All, though I certainly wouldn't want anyone to think I was trying to do their "DD" for them, just thought some here might be interested in this - DCSR filed with the SEC today a "NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING".
They can't file their 10-k in a timely manner because "The financial statement for the year ended December 31, 1998, including the report of the independent accountants, required pursuant to Regulation S-X are not currently available."
The filing further discloses:
(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of
operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal
year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be
included in the subject report of portion thereof?
[X] Yes [ ] No
If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both
narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the
reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be
made.
Oddly, the attachment was not available online.
