Lorraine, I think the big sellers were Thomson Kernaghan today, which provided the downward pressure on the price. It looks like they have sold most of their shares (can't confirm this obviously). I would bet it's not from daytrading. I myself got in not for a daytrade, but because I think if the deal they announced closes it will be a good thing - but obviously this is very speculative! At this point, there is still some selling pressure - I don't know where this is going to open on Monday. A lot of the guys on the other thread are short term and long term traders too (not that there's anything wrong with daytrading!). Did you read the posts there on SBX? t.
