According to FloridaToday.com we have only 2 Proton launches
before Sirius-1: two russian communication satellites,
Gorizon-45 and Intersputnik Express 3A. The russian television satellite Ekran, which was skeduled somewhere
in April, is probably postponed to some date in June, or even later. (see jpl.nasa.gov :
June 2000 June ?? - Ekran Proton Launch )

According to Florida Today the SIRI launch is on June 28,
whereas according to ILS the launch is on June 29. Maybe this is because of the time difference between Russia and the USA.
