Mark,

I'm happy to hear that you live here in the DC area. I'm in Alexandria, and would love to get together with you on pressing IAUS for an actual Patent #. I've followed this company off and on since
last August when the stock was a pitiful $5. Boy did I guess wrong on where the price would go!!!

I actually started a discussion folder on AOL in the Investor's Network section, but little discourse resulted and because of the huge spreads, I stopped following so closely.

A quick note why the company may be contemplating a stock split, whether it be 10-1, 2-1, or 3-1. They want to bring the price down quickly in case the June demo doesn't pan out. If they don't produce on June 27th, the short sellers will be all over this stock, of which one of them will likely be me. You see, I also received an investors packet, and was shocked by the amateurish form in which it was compiled. Absolutely disgraceful!! However, having a lower price will retain a measure of investor equity as shorts are usually loath to go after stocks priced under $3. I found out quite a bit about manipulative short selling from my experience with MSU Corp, MUCP, also a BB stock. BB stock can be short sold, if the paper can be obtained from the broker/market maker. Don't be fooled into thinking that you are safe.

Even though I have never spent a penny on this company, I think you shareholders should be pressing the company for specific patent identification information. Hell, if the technology is protected, then there should be no reason for them to hide it.

As to whether or not Mormons lie, I am from Idaho orginally and can attest to the fact that Mormons lie just like the rest of us. They are no better or worse. However, Utah is the multi-level marketing capital of the US and my friend who is from there constantly reminds me of its nickname, "the Scam State", and he IS Mormon.

Let me know if you want to press this issue. If it is real, I too, want to hop on the gravy train as this company will go somewhere.
If not, it deserves to be trashed for stealing the money out the hands of innocent investors like you and I.

Regards,

Ron
