hcm1943, Based on strong stock price action it looks like they are close to getting FDA approval and folks seem to think this new filter will not infringe on Pall's patents. But I'm still concerned that Pall could just start a nuisance suit just to delay things and squeeze some more blood outta poor little HMSR, which doesn't have much left (bad puns all intended!).
