Enjoy Las Vegas. I checked out Reno last week. Trying to figure out
whether most people "playing the market" these days have the same
attitude as those playing in the casinos. Picking stocks like
picking slot machines. Funny to look at a roll of quarters and
realize each coin is worth a share of FOCS. Last year it was a roll
of dollars wasn't it? Play long enough and hit the jackpot. Maybe.

Well, it's fun to hold tens of thousands of shares of something.
Sounded like a good idea at the time. May as well hang on and see
what happens to this company. Certainly don't need to sell for
tax purposes this year; the recent decline has erased any profits
that I had elsewhere in the market. I'll stay tuned.

Aside regarding tax selling: common maneuver on depressed stocks is
to buy more shares in November, then 30 days later sell the shares
that were acquired at a higher basis. So we might see some strength
in FOCS here only to see it disappear again next month.
