Len,

According to Zack's the estimate was for 0.24, so the company
was right on target, although I would have liked to see it
exceeded.

I was encouraged by the comments that followed the earnings
report, with phrases such as "robust growth".

Having been a stockholder off and on since it was a high-flyer
in 1991, I think I will continue to hold my shares.

Stock has received 2 analyst upgrades in the past month, and
company has extended it's stock buyback program. Everything
seems favorable, except the overall market for mid-cap stocks.
